The conveyors manufactured by TitanLab complete a production line composed of typical can-making machines, including welding machines, testers, flangers, and seamers.

At the beginning of the line, roller chain conveyors ensure long-lasting durability, even when unflanged cans are accumulated.

To guarantee proper product positioning at every stage of the process, we designed magnetic lowerators and elevators. Each lowerator/elevator is equipped with a cut-resistant belt—ideal for withstanding impacts from can edges.

Our device offers many advantages—format changes are quick and easy thanks to a handwheel, while high-speed reliability is ensured by grease cartridges that lubricate the sliding tracks of the gripper chain. Alternatively, an FDA-certified rubber gripper chain can be used.
