This type of lane divider is designed for high and very high-speed production lines (up to 800 pcs/min). The operating principle consists of diverting products into different lanes without stopping them, thereby preventing any damage to the packaging.

To achieve this, the sorting mechanism uses two movements, both controlled by brushless motors: one parallel to the product’s direction of travel and one orthogonal to it. The precise synchronization of these two movements with the speed of the conveyor belt carrying the products enables stable sorting even at very high speeds.

The frame is constructed from painted steel or stainless steel (AISI 304) depending on customer requirements, as is the electrical panel.

This lane divider is used in the beverage, canning, and other sectors where it is necessary to split product flow into multiple lanes. It is suitable for glass and PET bottles, glass jars and tinplate cans, bottles, folding cartons, and jerry cans.
