This conveyor is ideal for stable products with a low center of gravity, such as hamburgers or flatbreads. <\/p>\n\n

The retracting conveyor is especially useful for products that need to go through processing cycles\u2014like freezing\u2014without being handled, preventing any bending or damage. <\/p>\n\n

It\u2019s also perfect for creating 90\u00b0 transfers or modifying product flow, allowing smooth transitions from one lane to multiple lanes or vice versa.<\/p>\n\n

Here\u2019s how it works: the product travels on a belt positioned just above the next conveyor. When it reaches the designated discharge point, the retracting mechanism quickly pulls back the belt, gently transferring the product onto the lower belt without bouncing or rolling. This process keeps the product orderly throughout the transfer. <\/p>\n\n
