2022 brought us great challenges, but above all, it gave us the opportunity to work on exciting new projects, such as the one completed in collaboration with one of our key clients in the beverage sector, who chose us to carry out a major revamping of their bottling line.

Our passion and experience in the beverage industry and industrial conveying allowed us to deliver a fully customized project, which we are proud to showcase today.

The interventions carried out included:

Modification of the conveyor layout with the addition of new low-pressure single-filers and other pallet conveyors;

Replacement of the existing conveyor control panel with a new automation panel;

Maintenance of all existing bottle conveyors, including replacement of product guides;

Installation of a new E-type two-axis diverter;

Replacement of the existing water-and-soap lubrication system with a new dry lubrication system;

Replacement of all modular conveyor chains in the line with a high-performance product.

All these interventions were completed within a limited time frame to avoid production downtime for our client.
